Vergennes Grand will house up to eighty-eight independent living, assisted living and memory care residents in a thoughtfully designed, state-of-the-art building. The original 1820 historic building will be restored back to its original Italianate splendor.

Corbel Memory Care
The Corbel Memory Care is a thoughtfully designed space for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Inspired by the building's historic corbels, it emphasizes dignity and independence through habilitation therapy and structured programs. Families are closely involved in creating personalized care plans, ensuring respectful and supportive care for all.

Life at Vergennes Grand is about making the most of each day. Count on us to handle the chores so you can focus on what’s important to you each day.
Our dining services team works with local farmers to resource as much food locally as possible. Enjoy daily meals from our restaurant-style dining room, and relax in the Cafe with your neighbors over a cup of coffee or some fresh baked goods anytime of the day or night. Stop by the VG Market and pick up a snack, see what the daily soup is or just poke around.
Connect with family and friends over our high-speed wireless internet service, keep up to date on news and favorite shows in our TV Lounge, or take classes from our visiting lecturers. Looking for a quiet nook to read a book or the newspaper, we’ve got plenty of those as well.
